The inaugural ELEVATE event, an awards gala celebrating the diversity and leadership of women in the commercial real estate industry across the Puget Sound region named Angelia Wesch, Oles Morrison’s managing partner, a finalist for its Inspirator Award. The award acknowledges the exceptional efforts of a woman in the real estate industry who supports, inspires, coaches and/or mentors people in their profession.
Launched by CREW Seattle and The Registry, the ELEVATE event honored employers and associations that have implemented programs promoting greater diversity in the workplace. To celebrate exemplary women who are making a positive impact in today’s industry, the organization collected more than 165 nominations and awarded the top recognition to winners in five categories: Break the Ceiling: Corporate Leadership Award; Association Ally Award; Inspirator Award; Rising Rock Star Award; and Industry Impact Award.
