Craig Rusk, a noted construction law attorney and a co-managing partner with Oles Morrison, will address the 6 ^th Annual Alaska Construction Conference, Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at The Hotel Captain Cook in Anchorage, Alaska.

Craig will join an outstanding group of speakers from the legal and academic community who will guide attendees through the most current issues facing the construction industry in Alaska.  He will specifically discuss effective contracting, and the issues and implications associated with them, including developing abilities to identify concerns within proposed contracts and ways to modify them to mitigate risk.

Craig has over 30 years of experience as a construction lawyer.  He represents general contractors, specialty subcontractors and international engineering firms in all phases of their projects, from contract negotiation to dispute resolution.  His primary focus is the West Coast, representing clients in Alaska, Washington and California.
