Oles Morrison is pleased to announce that two of the firm’s partners, Doug S. Oles and Jason R. Wandler , have been selected for inclusion in the list of Best Lawyers® 2016, which is the most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. Doug was named in the field of Construction Law and Jason in the field of Litigation – Construction.

This is Doug’s 13th consecutive ranking and Jason’s second. Doug was also named Best Lawyers© Lawyer of the Year in 2013.

For more than 25 years, Doug has concentrated his practice on helping clients avoid and resolve disputes on complex contracts relating to construction, supply, real estate development and intellectual property licensing. He has prepared, negotiated and litigated claims resulting in recoveries in excess of $100 million on major projects performed for government agencies and private owners. Doug was just selected to be the National Editor of the Journal of the American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL).

Jason represents general contractors and subcontractors in both public and private construction projects. He provides legal counsel in all phases of the project, from contract negotiation and administration to dispute resolution. He frequently guest lectures in Construction Law at Washington State University (WSU) and serves on both the WSU Construction Management Advisory Board and the Board of Directors at the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Western Washington.
