Oles Morrison partner, Adam Lasky , will present at a seminar entitled, “Bidding Public Works and Construction Contracts,” on March 23, 2016 in Seattle.

Adam’s presentation will offer an in-depth view of the bidding process, and will cover topics such as Source Selection Methods (Design-Bid-Build, GC/CM, Design/Build), Bid Mistakes, and Bid Protests. The presentation will be offered live in-person as well as live webcast, on demand and through homestudy options.

Adam concentrates his practice on a wide variety of Government Contracts and Construction Law issues, including federal and state bid protests, contract formation and administration, terminations, suspension and debarment, intellectual property rights, small business matters, cost allowability, defective pricing, delays, requests for equitable adjustment, claims and disputes.
