Douglas Oles  will speak at the 8th International Society of Construction Law Conference September 28 in Chicago. He will give an introduction to the American College of Construction Lawyers and the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers programs. Douglas serves on the Society of Construction Law conference committee and is the president of the American College of Construction Lawyers . Representing construction clients across the United States, Douglas has participated in a number of high profile infrastructure projects and helps his clients avoid and resolve disputes on a wide variety of complex public and private contracts in the construction, supply, energy and real estate development industries.
