On September 23, 2021, Oles Morrison attorney Howard Roth will speak at the Association of General Contractors Annual Convention at the AGC State of the Building Division meeting segment in Orlando, Florida.
His seminar titled: “Biden Presidency’s Impact on Construction,” will focus on the changes occurring under the Biden Administration and it’s impact on the construction industry, including: labor and employment, Buy America/n, small business, cyber security, “green” policies and infrastructure.
Whenever a new administration is elected in, especially if it is of an opposing political party, new contracting directions and emphasis occur. Howard will discuss which of the Trump administration’s contracting policies remain, which ones have been strengthened or eliminated by the Biden Administration, and what policies are replacing them?
