Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker is pleased to welcome attorney Kevin P. McCarthy as a new partner in the firm’s Oakland office.

Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the areas of construction risk management, construction and insurance related litigation, and all types of construction disputes as well as general business litigation. His litigation experience includes jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and multi-party mediation and dispute resolution.

Kevin’s clientele includes developers, designers, subcontractors, construction product managers, suppliers, engineers, corporate affiliates to real estate and commercial improvements, and commercial insurers.

Kevin is licensed to practice in California and Colorado. He is also admitted in each of the United States District Courts within California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
