Oles Morrison Partner, Angelia Wesch , will be a featured panelist on a UCREW panel entitled “Interested in Commercial Real Estate?” on April 16, 2015. This UCREW panel is a presentation of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Seattle & Sound in partnership with the University of Washington’s Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. The event takes place at the Gould Hall Courtyard on the University of Washington’s campus. Registration and networking begin at 2:30pm and the panel will commence at 2:45pm.

Angelia will field questions related to the topic of Real Estate Law. Other panelists range from construction and real estate executives to engineers and project managers.

Angelia has been involved in CREW since 1995. She is the former CREW Seattle Chapter President and a former CREW Network Board Member, and she currently is a CREW Network member. She also co-founded the CREW Leadership Series in 2013 and participated in the initial development and launch of the series as a member of the Task Force.

In her legal practice, Angelia represents real estate developers, condominium associations, property management firms and construction clients. Her insurance coverage practice includes extensive experience resolving first and third party insurance coverage disputes, builders risk insurance disputes, and litigating complex construction claims.
